Quote by Hannah Whitall Smith
To be a mother is the grandest vocation in the world.
No one being has a position of such power and influence.
She holds in her hands the destiny of nations;
for to her is necessarily committed the making of a nation's citizens.
Mothers, please don't let the world rob you of the
incredible joy of a life invested in your children.
They are your mark on the world.
They are your legacy, your testimony,
and your contribution to mankind.
Don't let some other woman steal your influence.
Remember,
'The hand that rocks the cradle is the hand that rules the world.'
That saying didn't just show up one day.
That proverb is the result of centuries of observation.
A mother's influence is unmatched.

I LOVE this! What the picture says is so funny- because it's SO TRUE! It sounds exactly like me! And now that I'm going to turn 30 in a couple days, it's true "I -SO- wanna go to my mom's house!" Especially cause I'm pregnant and WANT some of her good, DELICIOUS Mexican food! Ahh her food- especially in this time of "morning" sickness and intense cravings- say carne asada tacos with guacamole! Mmmmm!
Mrs. Murphy :-)
I love the photo too because it is true and precious! A good reminder to cherish our dear mothers with the time God gives us together.
Your mom's homemade Mexican food would be so good.
